The doctors are really good; and although very busy make time to listen and help.
Fantastic surgery. Never failed me yet. 100% recommend. This surgery has genuine NHS reviews. Unlike The pumphouse surgery which gets every negative review removed. People who complain about Elizabeth Courtard please go to pumphouse surgery and then you will see the difference in care. 3 doctors v 10 doctors at Halstead. Try getting a same day appointment at pumphouse and see what answer you get. Recommend Elizabeth courtard but happy if people don't take up my recommendation as that leaves an even better service available all for me.
Much improved access times etc,. See website for extended opening hours. Very very helpful. Definitely best to ring in advance for extended opening hours as they're stated as pre-booked appointment only. Staff friendly over the phone in surgery to. So vast improvements. Keep up the good work.
A very busy and over subscribed doctors. New system at least means you will see a doctor. But I phoned 3 weeks in advance to make a doctors appointment. I couldn't get one, even with 3 weeks notice. That is a poor show. If you can goto another surgery, I'd recommend you do.
The receptionists are up against it but they are very professional and very helpful. The doctors and nurses are really nice especially Dr Salmon and nurse Sheila, they can't do enough for me.Keep up the good work.Jane Sinfield 12/12/63.
