Real pity that these nice people let themselves down so badly on the customer service and communications front, they simply don't seem to have a clue about how to run a business. I have had several pieces of furniture made for my B&B. All of the 'solid' things have been great and look lovely (this is what the 2 stars are for, to cancel out the 0 stars I'd give the rest) but they made me a trundle bed with moving parts that were not strong enough. The wheels broke pretty much immediately, and the hinges broke after about 8-10 uses. Trying to get them to sort it out, or even return my calls, was a complete nightmare. After chasing for near on 2 months, I eventually gave up and figured out how to mend it myself and bought all the necessary extra expensive items I needed. They still haven't rung me back. Will not use them again because it is so stressful when anything goes wrong and for all the stress there has been no result.
I have purchased many items from this company ranging from a noticed board for my kitchen to a handmade kitchen itself. The quality of workmanship is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. The delivery is always fast even with bespoke made furniture and the guys always assemble the items on delivery. I have recommended this company to many of my friends and not one has been disappointed.

I went to the furniture place to order a beside cabinet for my room went in there beginning of February this year they said to me it would be in by the beginning of April and yet still haven't got it. I keep ringing the store and they keep saying the same old saying it hadn't been made yet.
