I don't know about cutting hair but I wanted my hair cut and as it advertises walk in I did. Unfortunately they could not cut my hair that day so I booked an appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my appointment she looked in her book and said sorry cant do it (no explanation) when I pointed out I had an appointment the answer was still no. Certainly no customer care there! I was given the impression she couldn't care less.
