Very attentive staff, could not fault the service. The lamb shank I had melted off the bone, the best lamb shank I have ever tasted. The sticky toffee pudding was lovely too, not sickly in the slightest. I could of easily had another portion. I would definitely come back and the food is responsible in price as well. We all had a lovely evening.

Great food friendly staff
Very nice staff and really good service. Food is good for its price range - starters from 6 to 9 and main courses from 12 to 20 - with special offers for 2 and 3 courses and mid week offers that make it a viable alternative to takeaway night. Bar menus gets you a good burger or local gammon, egg and chips for just shy of a tenner or fish and chips for just under 11. Have not yet tried the Afternoon Tea but will certainly do so!
