Amazing customer service. My toddler's lunch arrived prompt and first, as it should, along with toddler cutlery. They also thought to bring a plastic cup having overheard me telling my daughter she could share my juice. The best place I've been with kids - they used initiative and I didn't have to ask for anything. They also had a lovely kids book collection to use whilst there.
