An excellent experience. I bought a car to do a Road Trip of 3500 miles. Dave was very helpful and we ended by buying an R class mercedes. It came with a couple of known problems but Dave was very helpful and made sure that we got them fixed with minimum inconvenience and maximum efficiency. His aftercare service is excellent and during the buying process his sales technique was not one of applying pressure. Over all a very good experience and I recommend HTC to anyone.
