Only just used them today for 1st time on recommendation of an acquaintance. Service was prompt BUT after giving my car registration I was quoted 60 for break pads, all in, John's exact words. Upon collecting my car I was told it's 93 and after questioning the price he just said he didn't realise the pads were bigger that after he had all car details. No ph call informing me of difference, nothing. Very disappointed.

Always got time to give you an honest answer. Never treated 'like a woman in a garage'. Prices are good and explained. Cannot be happier.
