Criminal. Only used to ripping off old ladies from the village, doesn't react well to bring pulled up on this.

Rude manager - no customer service - no responsibility taken for staff mistakes. AVOID.Quoted a price for an MOT plus the work required to pass. Prices were steep but agreed to go ahead, by the time I had gone to collect the car they had added another 50 on top. I can understand quoting without VAT but this was a completely different price! On top of that when I tried to reason with the manager he told me "I have been in business 30 years, I do not care about your custom" . Lovely.
