Stayed here for a week in the middle of January 2019. The cottage is beautiful and utterly enchanting. With all the modern conveniences we expect from a holiday cottage, but with an original olde worlde ambience.Having a very friendly pub (the only pub now left in Sible Hedingham) next door adds to the enjoyment. If you are 6' tall like me beware the low beams..!!
Stayed in November. Lovely cosy cottage and very well equipped. Felt very homely with fantastic wood burner as a centre to the sitting room. Kitchen was well equipped and a welcome pack provided. Very dog friendly and a neat back garden with summerhouse. Bed was massive and plenty of space for clothes. Bedrooms are interconnective so need to know your quests well as only one set of safe stairs to use. The other is very steep and uneven. Bathroom is large and the shower is powerful. Had a great stay. Used the pub next four for Sunday lunch which was good and got a takeaway from the Indian in Halstead The Cinnemon Tree. Excellent break.
